Mirage Whitsundays

We had an amazing stay at The Mirage. We booked the 1 bedroom Executive Apartment which came with a plunge pool. The apartment was big and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The views were wonderful and the gardens were all stunning and very colourful. The staff were so lovely and friendly. We utilised the free shuttle bus into Airlie Beach which was perfect. The included buffet breakfast each morning was great and the food was really nice. Nothing was ever an issue and the staff were very accommodating.

A great stay overall. We were situated next to pool and was very noisy during the day but we were out most of the time anyway. Very convenient access to the pool from our apartment. Both pools need some renovation and unfortunately other rooms are situated right in front of them blocking any sea views. Rooms clean and modern. Buffet breakfast was not enjoyable for us and didn't look like the photos. Convenient walking track right next to Mirage. Did enjoy our stay and would stay again.

We stayed at Mirage Whitsundays Airlie Beach for 10 days and it was exceptional from the moment we arrived to when we left. The cleanliness, room service, staff were very helpful. Our Deluxe room was absolutely stunning. We have stayed in a lot of holiday apartments/ hotels and this was our favorite. Thank you Mirage Airlie Beach

Recently stayed for a week in a 3 bedroom apartment with family. Absolutely beautiful resort and excellent accommodation. Very impressed with the presentation of the apartment and the plentiful supply of the basics like washing up liquid etc and the view is amazing. I also like the fact that it's an easy walk into town but you are away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. Many options to choose from and so nice to be greeted each morning by the friendly and helpful staff. Was pleasantly surprised with the 2 free mid stay cleans! The pools are fantastic and the free shuttle bus is an added bonus. Special shout out to Chris who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. I'd recommend chatting to reception on day 1 to find out about the restaurant delivery options. Might also be helpful to find out prior if you have a late check in. We flew in on the late Bonza flight from Sunny Coast and reception was closed when we arrived. My only suggestion would be that more detailed information be provided on the location of the apartment in an email prior. We had trouble locating our apartment and ended up having to walk up the big hill with our luggage, which wasn't ideal for my elderly parents. This was not an issue on departure and the team happily collected it from our apartment and stored in reception for us. Overall, an amazing stay though and we'll be back!
